SHE IS CERTIFIED IN VINYASA YOGA AND BUTI YOGA (WHICH IS A HIGH ENERGY MIX OF POWER YOGA, TRIBAL DANCE, AND PLYOMETRICS.) SHE IS PASSIONATE ABOUT BOTH STYLES AND LOVES SHARING THE MANY BENEFITS A YOGA PRACTICE HAS TO OFFER!

SHE RECEIVED HER 200 RYT TRAINING THROUGH BUTI YOGA IN NEW YORK, NEW YORK IN MARCH OF 2017. HER TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS ARE ACKNOWLEDGED THROUGH YOGA ALLIANCE.

FOR THIS CLASS KELLY WILL TEACH VINYASA FLOW. THIS WILL CONSIST OF A GENTLE FLOW THAT WILL CONNECT OUR BREATH TO OUR MOVEMEMENT. BREATHING AND FLOWING FROM POSE TO POSE WHILE STRETCHING, STENGHTENING AND RESTORING OUR BODIES. THIS IS OPEN TO ALL LEVELS AND ENDS WITH A 5 MINUTE FINAL RELAXATION.
